By making a booking with Manarini ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.

Bookings



  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
  • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.


    • Check-in & Check-out



  • Please respect the published check-in and check-out times.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request but is not guaranteed.


    • Property Rules



  • Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a charge.
  • Parties, events or exceeding the stated maximum occupancy are not permitted without prior written consent.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.


    • Liability



  • We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather, utility outages or government restrictions.


    • Cancellation



    Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

    Governing Law



    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
